EXPORT

• (Autotransportation) the Automobile road waybill (CMR), according to which the cargo has arrived to the port of destination.
• (Rail transportation) the Rail road waybill, according to which the cargo has arrived to the port of destination.
  
• The customs declaration
       Invoice, with the translation into Russian or Ukrainian attached (with the seal of the customs house of departure);
  
• Packing list, with the translation into Russian or Ukrainian attached;
  
• Certificates of quality and origin, (including the shelf life of the product);
  
• The registration form, of the subject of foreign trade activities (the original or notarially certified copy);
  
• The foreign trade contract, (a copy 1-n and last pages);

IMPORT

• The original Bill of Lading, according to which the cargo has arrived to the port of destination with the seal of the addressee company on the back of the document
  
• nvoice, with translation into Russian or the Ukrainian language (with a seal of customs house of departure);
  
• Packing list, with translation into Russian or the Ukrainian language;
  
• The power of attorney on « Transport logistic center » Ltd. on reception and forwarding cargo;
  
• Certificates of quality and origin, (with the instruction of working life of a product);
  
• The registration form, the subject of foreign trade activities (the original or notarially certified copy);
  
• The foreign trade contract, (a copy 1-n and last pages);
  
• The prior notification, of arrival of the cargo (from the regional customs house). Or the letter from the Black Sea regional customs house, testifying that the notice on the cargo has not been registered;
